The Panex Board has a number of committees consisting of certain Directors and Management. The Directors and Key Management Personnel biographies are set out below:
Klaus Eckhof (Non Executive Director)
Klaus is a senior exploration geologist who has been instrumental in sourcing and developing successful projects in Australia, Africa, Russia, South America and the Philippines. He was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Moto Goldmines Limited (“MGL”). Within four years of Mr Eckhof’s appointment, MGL discovered just under 20 million ounces of gold and completed a bankable feasibility study at the Moto Gold Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. MGL was subsequently acquired by Rangold Resources.
Ross Doyle (Chief Financial Officer)
Ross has extensive experience in trading environments, managing commodity assets for global giants; experience with Junior Explorers in structuring and completing capital raisings on multiple markets. Ross has managed billions of dollars of assets and small capital raisings for NASDAQ listed and non-listed companies.
Ross has 14 years of experience gained from commodity companies as an executive and consultant, including 9 years as the Head of Finance for Glencore’s Coal Department where he managed a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss in the billions. Ross predominantly provides corporate advice to Junior Explorers and Junior Mining Companies operating in complex environments. Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland (Accounting, Finance, Law) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 22. Ross currently resides in Switzerland and is fluent English and proficient in German. Ross has 3 children and recently completed the gruelling France Ironman in a respectable time of 10 hours and 47 minutes.
